Silverwood Park Engagement

One of my favorite things about living in the Twin Cities is that we have so many beautiful parks and green spaces. While the Minneapolis and St. Paul parks get a lot of love, there are some great ones just outside of the cities as well. Silverwood Park is located in St. Anthony, MN, just a few minutes outside of Minneapolis. This park features works from regional artists, wooded trails, and a beach on Silver Lake. Given all that it has to offer, Silverwood Park is a beautiful spot for an engagement session!

Syd and Mia chose Silverwood Park as their engagement session location because it is a place that has personal meaning to them. They love to spend time here running and walking together. It was so lovely getting to photograph a couple who so obviously loves one another and isn’t afraid to show it. Getting those sweet, romantic photos is so easy when you aren’t afraid to show each other a little love!

Silverwood Park also has a lovely visitor’s center with a brick patio, outdoor fireplace, and cozy string lights. You can even have your wedding here!
